Connect a courier

Add your courier account

In Settings → Couriers, choose your courier and enter the account details from your courier’s merchant portal. Use Test connection to check them. Couriers marked Coming soon are being tested with the courier and can’t be connected yet.

Choose who ships what

Set a default courier, and city rules if you use different couriers for different cities.

Book and track

From an order — or many at once in Orders — choose Book. Print the airway bills as one PDF, hand the parcels over, and tracking updates your orders and your customers as the parcels move.

“City not covered”

If a booking fails because the courier doesn’t serve a city, the order stays in your list to book another way. Tell us which city — we keep each courier’s city list up to date.
