Terms of Service

Last updated 11 October 2026

This policy is a draft while it is reviewed by our lawyers. It describes how the service works today; the final version may change its wording.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Stores. provides software that lets businesses build and run online stores ("the Service"). These terms apply to anyone who creates an account, runs a store or works in one as staff.

By creating an account you agree to these terms, our Merchant Agreement, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. Our Data Processing Terms apply to the personal data of your customers that we process for you.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password safe and turn on two-factor authentication where we require it. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the staff you invite.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a contract.

3. Trial, plans and billing

New stores start with a 14-day free trial. Plans are billed in Pakistani rupees, monthly or yearly, in advance. Your invoice is issued 3 days before each period ends and is due on the renewal date.

If an invoice is not paid when due, your plan becomes overdue. After 7 days your admin becomes read-only (you can still view your data, export it and pay). Your online store stays open for 7 more days and is then taken offline until the invoice is paid. Unpaid stores are kept for 90 days after going offline and then cancelled.

You can change plans at any time: upgrades start when the prorated difference is paid; downgrades start at the end of the current period, and only if your store fits the new plan’s limits.

We do not charge fees on your sales. Payment gateways and couriers you connect charge their own fees under their own terms.

4. Your store and your responsibilities

You own your store’s content and your customers’ data. You give us permission to host, copy and display it only to run the Service for you.

You are responsible for what you sell, your prices, taxes, deliveries, returns and your obligations to your customers, and for having a legal right to everything you upload.

Your payment gateway and courier accounts are agreements between you and those providers. We pass information to them on your instructions.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend a store that breaks it, that we reasonably believe is defrauding or endangering people, or that a court or authority requires us to suspend.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and post incidents and planned maintenance on our status page. Except where a separate written agreement (for example an Enterprise SLA) says otherwise, the Service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

We may improve or change features. If a change significantly reduces what your plan includes, we will tell you in advance.

7. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may end these terms if you seriously or repeatedly break them. You can export your data while your account is active and during the retention period described above.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

9. Law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

We may update these terms. We will give notice of material changes in your admin or by e-mail before they apply.
