Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 11 October 2026
This policy is a draft while it is reviewed by our lawyers. It describes how the service works today; the final version may change its wording.
1. Prohibited stores and products
Anything illegal in Pakistan, including weapons and ammunition, illegal drugs, stolen goods and goods that infringe someone else’s intellectual property, including counterfeits.
Pretending to be another business, a bank, a wallet, a telecom company or a government service.
Asking shoppers for card numbers, PINs, OTPs or wallet passwords outside a payment gateway’s own checkout.
Gambling, adult content, hate, harassment, and schemes designed to deceive (fake giveaways, “refund” or “prize” claims).
2. Prohibited behaviour
Sending messages to people who did not agree to receive them, or that break WhatsApp’s or the SMS provider’s rules.
Interfering with the platform: overloading it, scraping it, probing for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or getting around plan limits or suspensions.
3. What we do
Anyone can report a store from the “Report this store” link on every storefront. New store names that look like banks, wallets or well-known brands are reviewed. We may remove content, suspend a store or close an account that breaks this policy, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities.
