Follow the setup checklist

Your admin’s Home shows a checklist: add a product, customise your theme, set up payments and couriers, connect a domain and launch. You can do them in any order.

Customise your theme

In Online store → Themes, open the editor to change colours, fonts and sections, with a live preview. Nothing changes for customers until you publish.

Go live

While you build, your store shows a password page. When you’re ready, choose Launch on your Home page (or turn the password off in Online store → Preferences). Search engines can find your store from then on.

Want to see your store before launch? Use View store in the admin: it opens your store with a short-lived preview link, password page or not.
