Set up cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is switched on for every new store. You’ll find it in Settings → Payments.

Confirm orders before you ship

In Settings → Risk and COD rules, turn on order confirmation. Customers get a WhatsApp message with Confirm and Cancel buttons; unconfirmed orders wait for you instead of being booked with a courier.

Risk rules and blocklists

On the same page, set rules that flag or hold risky orders, and block phone numbers, e-mails or IP addresses that keep refusing parcels.

Encourage paying in advance

In Marketing → Discounts, an automatic prepaid discount rewards customers who pay online or by bank transfer.

When the cash arrives

Couriers pay out the cash they collect. Match their payouts against your delivered orders in Orders → COD remittances.
